Two days of art, entertainment and food! Celebrate the annual Open Air Festival of the Arts at Phoenix Park in Downtown Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Artists will be displaying and selling original fine art, fine food artisans will be selling fresh food, and there will also be live musical performances.
